If you want high quality jewelry and pleasant shopping experience than this is the place to go. Most jewelry stores that I have gone to offer poor customer service and upsells. The staff here is very well-informed and professional. Sam helped me pick out and custom create most beautiful pieces while working with my budget and without compromising the quality. He is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Most importantly he will spend time with you to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Highly recommend Sam and his team.

The Karat shop had an enormous selection and quality rings that were able to fit my budget. I spoke with Sam and he was very friendly and easygoing. He showcased a few rings to me that I had a mild interest in. I ended up buying one that had an emerald gemstone on it. Just what my wife wanted. I highly recommend this place.

I just recently paid a visit to The Karat shop and they were exceedingly professional. Had two pieces repaired and within a month both pieces were back in for repair . I asked the sales women if I can have half of my original bill refunded for my inconvenience and as good customer service and her rely was " well we are not charging you this time." I laughed and said I will never do business with them again.
